Descriptive Essays: Student have been working diligently on their descriptive essays these last few weeks. I hope you have gotten to enjoy them, just as I will!
The 9th annual Jr. High walk-a-thon was a success!! The 6th-8th graders (and teachers) were excited to be outside for the afternoon, running, walking, socializing, and above all raising money for The Sparrow's Nest http://www.thesparrowsneststl.org/. All pledge money is being collected in manila envelopes (sent home Friday) by Friday 10/4. God blessed us with a beautiful day in his creation. Check out some of the moments I captured:
