Strong Work Student Council!

Student Council has been working very hard this semester to help our school, Jr. High, and community.  They have also had some fun, missed some school, enjoyed some DQ, and danced the night away in Candyland!  Excellent leadership - way to ROCK STUCO!
Here are some highlights:
Red  Ribbon Week Training -- Drug Free's the Way To Be!

Enjoying some DQ after RRW training -- Ask us to show you the quarter trick we learned!
Wrapping "candy" for our Jr. High dance -- CANDYLAND
Follow the colored path to CANDYLAND
Shopping for food to take to the Seminary's food bank along with the 30 Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets we packed from donations brought into chapel --- Awesome job Zion!
YUM YUM Thanksgiving is almost here :)

Stunning Stacking

Stacking Day was a success!  Everyone had fun stacking and competing against teachers, friends, and high scores.

Turkey Turkey Turkey

For the month of November our school chapel offering is going toward purchasing TURKEYS!!  Why would we be buying turkeys?!?  These frozen birds will be a wonderful part of the Thanksgiving Baskets our Student Council will deliver to seminarians at the St. Louis Concordia Seminary.  Many seminarians studying in St. Louis are not able to travel to their hometown for the holiday -- Student Council will once again organize a Thanksgiving Food drive to help make sure these families have a bountiful Thanksgiving dinner at their tables.

  • Dry and canned Thanksgiving food items will be collected November 16th during our morning chapel service
GOD IS GREAT ---- GOD IS GOOD ---- LET US THANK HIM FOR OUR FOOD!
